Beach Vacation Rentals Rates & Policies
General Policies
All reservations are made by calling
Nye Cottage at 866-592-5556 (toll free) or 541-265-6262 between 10am and 5pm
daily (except Thanksgiving and Christmas).
A non refundable deposit of the first night's rent is required to reserve a
rental time. This may be made by credit card (VISA or Mastercard), Check,
or Cash. The rent balance is due at the conclusion of the stay.
All units are NO SMOKING, NO PET units. If you do smoke, there are outside
areas at each property for this activity. If you have pets, there are many
other rental units in Nye Beach and Agate Beach that are pet friendly.
