This upstairs "Apartment" unit with an ocean view can sleep as many as ten people. It is
two blocks from the Agate Beach Golf Course and a short walk to the ocean.
- one bedroom with a king bed and a twin bed
- queen bed in the living room area
- bath and a half with a tub/shower
- full kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes
and all necessary kitchenware

The "Apartment Plus" is the unit just described PLUS:
- two additional bedrooms:
one has two twin beds and the other has a king bed and a twin bed
- full bath with shower

Cleaning Policy
This unit is ready upon your arrival and you make the beds with the sheets
provided for you (or you could bring your own sheets). The bath and kitchen
linens are also provided.
Upon departure, guests have the option of cleaning the unit themselves or
cleaning may be arranged for a $35 - $45 fee. When guests do the cleaning
(all cleaning supplies are provided), they clean bathrooms (toilets, sinks,
bathtubs, shower, floors), clean kitchen (sink, counter, range,
refrigerator, microwave, floors, and do dishes), make beds (without sheets),
launder bath and kitchen linens (stay until laundry is done), vacuum, sweep,
dust, remove garbage, remove food and personal items, and place used sheets
and pillow cases in laundry bags provided.
